1. Two Different Requests
There are two ways to stop play. They are not the same thing.
- Operator lock. You ask BetChannel CA to lock your account for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 5 years. The lock covers casino and sportsbook play on this website. It cannot be shortened. When the end time passes, sign-in on the same account becomes available again.
- Comprehensive Self-Exclusion. You ask the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission to exclude you from interactive sites the Commission regulates. Once that exclusion is effective, it is permanent and irrevocable.
This page does not enrol you in the Commission's program. The form in your account is only the operator lock.
2. Asking This Operator
Open Account > Breaks & Self-Exclusion, choose a period of at least 6 months, and confirm with your password. You can also email support@lberta4.joppabobra.site from the address on the account with the subject "Self-exclusion" and the period you want.
The lock starts when the request is confirmed. You are signed out. You cannot sign in, deposit, bet or play, and marketing stops. A new registration that matches the same name and date of birth is refused while the record exists. Any remaining balance stays payable after the identity checks in the Terms.
A shorter pause of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days is a cooling-off break, not self-exclusion. It is on the same account page.
3. Asking the Commission
Comprehensive Self-Exclusion is requested from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission. The interactive player page explains the request and states that, once effective, the exclusion is permanent and irrevocable: gamingcommission.ca/interactive-gaming/players.
Send questions about that process to exclusion@gamingcommission.ca. Use only the official site, gamingcommission.ca.
If you tell support that you want to be excluded, we will point you to both the operator lock and the Commission's process. We cannot grant Comprehensive Self-Exclusion from this website.
