1. Complain to the Operator

Write to support@lberta4.joppabobra.site or use the contact form and choose Complaint. Include the email address on your account, what happened, and what you want done. You will receive a confirmation that the message was received.

We will acknowledge the complaint and give a final decision within 45 days of receiving it. Support hours are Every day, 9:00 to 21:00 Eastern Time.

2. Complain to the Commission

If you are not satisfied with the final decision, or if 45 days pass without one, you may refer the complaint to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission. The complaints page is gamingcommission.ca/interactive-gaming/complaints. The complaints address is complaints@gamingcommission.ca.

The Commission may look at some complaints before the 45 days end. Those include matters that involve a minor, problem gambling, self-exclusion, or suspected fraud.

A complaint to the Commission is not a complaint to a provincial gaming regulator. This website is not registered with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, or iGaming Ontario.

3. Other Requests

Identity documents, a withdrawal from the on-site balance, a limit, or an operator self-exclusion can be started in your account. You do not need to open a complaint to use those tools. If support is handling one of those requests, say so in the message.
