Registration

Select Register at the top of any page and enter your first and last name, email address, date of birth, province or territory, phone number and a password of at least ten characters with letters and numbers. Confirm that you meet the minimum age and accept the Terms and Conditions, then submit the form. You are signed in straight away and can start identity verification from your account.

18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, and 19 in every other Canadian province and territory. The registration form checks your date of birth against the place you select, and age is confirmed again during identity verification.

Adults who meet that local age, are physically located in a Canadian province or territory other than Ontario, and are not self-excluded with this operator. Employees of the operator and members of their household are not eligible. A Kahnawà:ke authorization is not a licence to offer gambling throughout Canada.

No. Each person may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed, and any account opened by a self-excluded person is closed as soon as it is identified.

Select "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your account email. We send a reset link that is valid for 60 minutes. For security, the page shows the same message whether or not the email belongs to an account.

After several incorrect password attempts in a row, sign-in for that account is paused for a short time to protect it from guessing attacks. Wait and try again, or reset your password.

Verification

We must confirm that every customer is of legal age, lives where we can offer our services and is who they say they are. Verification also protects you against fraud and allows us to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits, wagering and withdrawals stay unavailable until your account is verified.

A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver's licence or provincial photo card, plus a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement or government letter showing your name and address. Upload both from Account > Verification as a colour JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF up to 5 MB each.

When you register you select your province or territory and confirm that you are physically located there. We keep that confirmation, the address you enter, the address on your proof of address, and the IP address recorded at registration and sign-in. We do not read the GPS location of your device. Ontario cannot be selected.

A member of our team reviews your documents by hand after you upload them from Account > Verification. Most checks complete within a few business days. We email the result, and your account shows the current status at all times.

Sports Betting

Filters cover football, basketball, hockey, baseball, soccer, tennis and live events, plus boxing and MMA, golf and other sports. Premier League and MLS fixtures are on the soccer filter. Schedules update from a sports data feed.

You choose an event and a Match Winner selection. Both competitors are named with a decimal price. If the feed has no price, a stable decimal from the event id is shown. The stake slip debits your CAD balance and stores the bet on your account at that price.

Pool betting, also called pari-mutuel betting, combines all stakes on a market into one pool. After the pool closes and the result is known, a published deduction is taken and the remainder is shared among winning stakes in proportion to their size. You bet against other customers rather than against a bookmaker's fixed price.

The dividend for a winning selection equals the pool after the deduction divided by the total amount staked on that selection. For example, if a pool holds CA$10,000, the deduction is 10% and CA$3,000 was staked on the winner, each CA$1 returns CA$9,000 / CA$3,000 = CA$3.00. These figures are illustrative only; real pools and deductions vary.

The decimal Match Winner price on the stake slip is the price stored with the bet. It does not change after the stake is accepted.

The live sports page shows events in progress with competitor names and decimal prices, not only a status label. An open Match Winner market can be staked from the slip while the event is still on the board.

Pools are settled on the official result published by the relevant league or governing body, including overtime or extra innings where they form part of the official result. Winnings are credited to your account balance after settlement.

A bet cannot be cancelled after the pool has closed. If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed by more than 24 hours, the affected pools are void and stakes are refunded.

After identity verification the cashier can move your on-site CAD balance, and you can stake on a Match Winner price or play an even-money casino or virtual round settled on this website. The cashier labels the ledger entry. It does not open a live session with a bank or wallet. You must meet the local minimum age and be outside Ontario.

Online Casino

The lobby groups slots, live-casino formats, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, table games and instant-win games. A round you play here is an even-money stake settled on this website against the house edge for that category. It is not a connection to an external studio.

On this website a slot-category round is an even-money stake. The chance of a win is (1 − house edge) / 2, and a win returns twice the stake. The draw uses the server random integer function. No independent laboratory certificate is published for that round. A house edge means the expected result over many rounds is a loss.

The live-casino category explains how a studio table usually works. The round you can play on this website is not a live video stream and is not dealt by a studio. It is the same even-money draw used for the other categories, with the house edge published for live casino.

Yes. The website works in current mobile browsers on iOS and Android with no app to install. Your limits, reality checks and self-exclusion settings apply on every device.

Virtual Sports

Virtual sports on this website are even-money rounds in football, tennis, golf and racing categories. They are not connected to a real sporting event. A win returns twice the stake. The house edge on a virtual round is 8%.

You choose a category and a stake. The website settles the round immediately. There is no scheduled replay and no certified external simulation. Decimal figures shown beside market names are labels, not the payout.

Virtual football, virtual tennis, virtual golf, virtual horse racing, virtual greyhound racing and virtual motor sports.

Payments

The cashier can label a ledger entry as Interac, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Payz, i-Wallet or STICPAY. Deposits it will accept start at C$10 and withdrawals at C$20, unless the method lists a higher amount. The label is stored with your on-site CAD balance. This website does not open a live session with those providers.

Once your account is verified, open Account > Payments, choose a method, enter an amount in Canadian dollars and confirm. The amount is added to your on-site balance. A deposit is blocked if it would pass a deposit limit you have set, including a limit of zero.

A withdrawal request debits your on-site balance and stores the method name. That ledger status is not confirmation that money has reached a bank or wallet. We may ask for additional documents before the first withdrawal.

The cashier does not measure a payout time from a payment provider. The time shown next to a method is a label stored with the ledger entry, not a confirmed transfer.

All amounts on the website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Support

Use the form on our Contact Us page or email support@lberta4.joppabobra.site. Choose the category that fits your question so it reaches the right team. You receive an automatic confirmation by email, and we reply during support hours: Every day, 9:00 to 21:00 Eastern Time.

Use the contact form and choose Complaint, or email support@lberta4.joppabobra.site. The operator must give a final decision within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, or if that time passes without a final decision, you may write to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission at complaints@gamingcommission.ca. Some complaints, including those about a minor, problem gambling, self-exclusion or suspected fraud, may be looked at sooner.

Open your account, go to the Close account section and confirm with your password. If you are closing your account because of gambling concerns, self-exclusion gives stronger protection because it also prevents reopening.
